面对中国移动的封杀,流量宝要如何突围?-搜狐科技      近日,有移动手机用户微博私信咨询参加中国电信流量宝春节微信红包活动的流量红包无法兑换到账问题,为此打过中国移动10086客服电话,客服声称毫不知情。我建议可以先兑换成流量宝的牛币,牛币没有期限,以后还可以按需兑换。而且牛币不仅仅只能兑换成流量,还可能可以兑换成其他有价值的虚拟服务…..但该用户很气愤的说不用了!.   不管中国移动是否认可中国电信流量宝团队所说的遭到了中国移动的强力封杀的说法,但已经有一些用户遇到了不能兑换的问题。显然,流量团队的三网流量通行的情怀遇到了来自中国移动的最强有力的阻击。流量宝团队在微信红包活动之后,首先面临的就是移动用户无法兑换流量的善后工作。面对中国移动的全力封杀,如果流量宝团队又坚持三网流量的模式创新,后续可以采取什么方式突围呢?下面就与之相关的问题做一番探析。   一、中国移动全力封杀流量宝的关键原因   主打“流量可交易、流量三网通行、流量货币化”等卖点的流量经营创新产品除了中国电信的流量宝之外,还有中国联通的流量银行、个别虚拟运营商的流量钱包以及中国移动的爱流量。但从产品化、运营市场化和团队专业化力量来看,流量宝团队目前走在最前。因此,从基本面上看,中国移动爱流量与流量宝是直接的竞品,因此,对竞品进行封杀是再正常不过的事情,商业社会竞争如此。   但个人认为,仅仅是竞品不是封杀理由,根本原因在于竞品的做法让中国移动无法预期会给自己造成何种程度的影响。因此,选择在竞品还不够强的时候下手最好。中国移动在微信上有深刻的教训,有一种说法:微信在刚刚开始推出市场不久,包括中国移动在内的运营商感受到了一丝OTT的凉意,当时有进行封杀的念头(个人是相信这种说法的)。但最终没有进行封杀,坐视微信在较短时间内做大做强。当然,从微信产品的功能和腾讯的实力来看,封杀未必凑效,但至少从速度上会受到很大的影响。因此,有这样的经验教训,面对流量宝这种带来各种不确定性的新玩法,选择封杀是第一位的。起码,不能让同样的错误再犯,更何况这次的对手是运营商同行!   二、中国电信与中国移动双方无法通过协商解决问题   流量宝团队2月1日发布公告称,移动用户无法进行流量兑换的原因是遭受了中国移动的封杀,对此中国移动虽然没有做公开回应。但是所谓听其言观其行,移动用户无法进行流量兑换的事实胜过千言万语。表面上似乎是流量宝团队购买移动流量的第三方渠道有问题,但同样的第三方渠道在其他合作业务上又不一定有问题。因此,中国移动打着整顿流量分销渠道的旗号主要还是针对流量宝的。   流量宝团队声称也在通过多方渠道积极与中国移动进行沟通,谋求双方达成共识。不过在个人看来,以中国移动惯常的做法以及运营商之间固有的竞争关系,双方是不可能进行有效的沟通的。即便是按照中国移动全国统一的流量价格进行流量采购,中国移动也未必会为其提供流量支撑。尤其是双方在集团层面更是难以达成共识,中国移动集团层面宁可睁一眼闭一只眼让地方因为业绩而向流量宝提供流量渠道,也不会通过集团层面的协商去为流量宝提供便利。   特别是中国移动4G业务发展风头正劲的情况下,更不可能让步。   三、流量宝要如何突围?   个人认为,流量宝从以下四个具体方向尝试突围:   一是产品本身的功能完善。一方面是要全面覆盖中国电信用户,让中国电信用户获得更多实惠,从而成为中国电信提高用户粘性和促进用户放号的互联网产品,这就是所谓的对电信的大网贡献价值问题。只有这样,才可能获得电信股东更多的资源扶持,否则在体系内自身生存都面临压力,更不用谈对外斗争!   二是充分利用好中国电信与中国联通蜜月期的黄金时间,双方进一步加强合作,进一步扩大流量宝在中国联通用户中的影响力和口碑。虽说在中国移动8个多亿的4G用户面前,中国联通和中国电信两家加起来也还是实力不济,但是联合起来也还是有更多文章可做的。   三是充分利用好网络舆论引导的力量。一方面,不断加强流量宝三网流量通行的卖点,在操作层面的宣传文案中不断强化暂时仅支持中国电信、中国联通用户,因中国移动问题暂无法支持等类似话题的炒作,从用户侧对中国移动形成压力。   四是通过流量经营模式创新、开放合作等话题的持续探讨,延伸相关议题,通过政府监管机构、行业协会等形成影响力量。   总之,流量宝产品在流量经营创新上能否有效突破中国移动的封锁,关键还在于产品本身的卖点,从而像微信那样形成OTT的能力,否则,就只能在自己的一亩三分地或者盟友的地盘上玩。至于中国移动,以对流量宝产品为起点,将来还可能行更多的封杀之实。这是市场竞争的必然,如今的互联网巨头动辄也是如此。   (转载请联系作者,微信公众号:benshoushe;微博:@笨手蛇)相关的主题文章:
